Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of a follow up survey completed June 15, 2022, Comfort of Home Personal and Companion Services had corrected the deficiency and was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 35 P.S. 448.809 b. This deficiency was cited as a result of a State relicensure survey completed on May 2, 2022.
